What are the current health and safety best practices for a premium language centre?

As educators, it's important to learn and review the current health and safety best practices for a premium language centre.

Our Dynamic Language Centre staff have just completed a first aid course conducted by the Malaysian Red Crescent Society at our Bayan Lepas location. First aid knowledge and skills are so valuable for all of us, and we couldn’t agree more as teachers.

Role-playing practical first aid skills, such as bandaging, splinting, rescue breaths and chest compressions with an AED, has prepared us to confidently and effectively respond in the event of a real-life emergency situation. We mitigate this potential by regularly updating emergency contacts, assessing and replenishing medical kits and maintaining clear communication with everyone.

Whether we are teaching young children or adults, our priority is comfort and safety while you learn. When we're discussing the details of your Mandarin class in Penang or Malay language course, we'd be more than happy to talk with you about how we implement health and safety protocols at Dynamic Language Centre.
